In March 2022, I took my first step into this field through a training course, UX design aims to create meaningful and enjoyable experiences for users by considering factors such as usability, accessibility, aesthetics, and overall satisfaction. 

It was a humble beginning, but it taught me valuable lessons:

• Understanding and analyzing users' needs is crucial.

• I realized the importance of diving into design thinking.

• Mapping, testing, and tracking user-flow are essential for product improvement.

• Witnessing the product cycle from idea to fruition was eye-opening.
